About the Role
As a Night Nurse, you will lead and support our Care Partners (Senior Carers) and Care Companions, delivering the kind of care you would want for your own family. You'll benefit from our unique household model, where you'll care for a smaller group of residents—giving you the time to build meaningful relationships and deliver truly personalised care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality, person-centred nursing care
- Leading and supporting the night care team
- Administering medications and completing clinical documentation
- Monitoring resident health and responding to any clinical needs
- Ensuring a calm, safe, and well-organised night shift environment
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
What We're Looking For
- Qualified RGN or RMN with a valid NMC pin
- A caring, positive, and professional approach
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
