The role
We're looking for a Registered Nurse to join our night team, working 24.5 hours per week. You'll play a key clinical role on shift, delivering person-centred nursing care while supporting and guiding care colleagues. You'll have the trust and autonomy to lead with confidence, backed by a supportive management team and a stable, experienced staff group.

About you
- You'll be a Registered Nurse who values people as much as process.
- At least 1 years' experience as a Registered Nurse
- Experience working with older people in a social care or healthcare setting
- A good understanding of CQC standards
- Confidence to lead, organise and make sound clinical decisions
- Strong communication and basic IT skills
- A flexible, team-focused approach
