At St Georges Nursing Home, we believe great care starts with truly knowing the person behind the care plan. Our household model creates a warm, homely environment where independence, everyday skills, and meaningful relationships are encouraged and celebrated.

As a Care Partner, you'll play a key role within one of our 15-bed households, acting as a role model and supporting a small team of carers to deliver outstanding, person-centred care. This is a 36-hour per week contract, working alternate weekends to support a healthy work-life balance. Additional shifts are available if you'd like them—but there's no obligation.
