The role
We’re looking to welcome an experienced Care Assistant – called a Care Companion – to join our close-knit team at St Georges Nursing Home. You’ll work 36 hours per week on day shifts, delivering outstanding residential care in a supportive, family-focused environment.
Shifts & Work–Life Balance
- Day or night shifts available
- Typical shifts: 8am–2pm, 2pm–8pm, or 8am–8pm (long day)
- Night shift 8pm–8am
- Alternate weekends, because work–life balance matters
- Flexibility to work either days or nights would be ideal, but availability can be discussed at interview

- Have experience in residential care
- Be committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care

- Be comfortable using basic IT systems
