Allegra Care’s Fairmile Grange Care Home in Christchurch is seeking an enthusiastic Activities & Wellbeing Manager to lead our Activities Team and shape an outstanding resident experience. You will supervise 4-5 colleagues, deliver engaging activities, wellbeing programmes and community events that enrich residents’ lives, while ensuring inclusion for all, including those with dementia or those needing personalised engagement.
