Senior Care Assistant (Care Partner)
We’re now looking to welcome an experienced Senior Care Assistant (known at Allegra as a Care Partner) to join one of our friendly, close‑knit household teams.

About The Role
As a Care Partner, you’ll play a key role within one of our 15‑bed households, acting as a role model and supporting a small team of carers to deliver outstanding, person‑centred care. This is a 36‑hour per week contract, working alternate weekends to support a healthy work‑life balance. Additional shifts are available if you’d like them, but there’s no obligation.
