At StGeorges, our household model is all about truly person‑centred care. We focus on creating a warm, homely environment where everyday activities, life skills, and independence are celebrated. Our dedicated teams work closely with our residents, and we are now looking for a small number of caring, compassionate people to join our household teams.

We are excited to welcome an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join us on a 36‑hour per week contract. If you have previous senior experience in residential or nursing care and are passionate about delivering outstanding, person‑centred support, we would love to hear from you.

As a Care Partner (our name for our senior carers), you'll be a role model within the team, supporting and guiding a small group of carers in one of our warm and friendly 15‑bed households. We usually work alternate weekends because we value work‑life balance just as much as you do. With a 36‑hour base contract, you're welcome to take on additional shifts if you'd like to but there's no pressure if you prefer not to.
