Allegra Care is seeking an enthusiastic Activities & Wellbeing Manager to lead a team in a Dorset care home, delivering engaging activities and meaningful wellbeing experiences for residents.
You will ensure inclusion for all, including those with dementia, and foster community links to enrich life at the home.
You will guide 4-5 colleagues, manage budgets and schedules, and use IT systems to report on activity delivery, with daytime hours and a 30-hour week.
