Location: Christchurch, Dorset

Base pay: £24.21 per hour

Hours & Contract: Full‑time or part‑time with alternate weekends.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high‑quality nursing care to residents.
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Lead by example and guide colleagues.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year as a registered nurse.
  • Experience with older people in a health and social care setting.
  • Clear understanding of CQC standards and legislation.
  • Strong leadership, highly clinically skilled and well‑organised.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good IT skills and confidence in computer‑based work.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate and lead by example.
  • Flexible approach to rota to meet the needs of the home.
