Base pay: £24.21 per hour
Hours & Contract: Full‑time or part‑time with alternate weekends.
Responsibilities:- Deliver high‑quality nursing care to residents.
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Lead by example and guide colleagues.
- Minimum of 1 year as a registered nurse.
- Experience with older people in a health and social care setting.
- Clear understanding of CQC standards and legislation.
- Strong leadership, highly clinically skilled and well‑organised.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good IT skills and confidence in computer‑based work.
- Ability to inspire, motivate and lead by example.
- Flexible approach to rota to meet the needs of the home.
