Blossom Fields, an Allegra Care Home, is looking for an experienced RGN/RMN to join our team on a bank/flexible basis. If you take pride in your workplace and you're looking for a change, then our fabulous care home awaits.
We are ideally looking for someone who is available for night shifts, with two or three shifts a week available for the next eight months. There will be opportunities to pick up additional shifts as they arise to cover for annual leave.
Leading a team of Care Partners (Senior Carers) and Care Companions (carers), you will help deliver the kind of care you would want for your own family. Our household care model encourages residents to spend time together in communal areas, along with single resident rooms with ensuite facilities. Residents are involved in daily activities to replicate home-life as much as possible, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
You will get to know and care for a small number of residents, building relationships with some incredible people. We believe that care is better when relationships are stronger, and we make time to foster those connections. We are changing the way our loved ones live in a care home, and we would love to have you join us on our mission.
We pay Β£27.46 per hour.
