£14.33 per hour | 36 hours per week

We’re now looking to welcome an experienced Senior Care Assistant (known at Allegra as a Care Partner) to join one of our friendly, close‑knit household teams.

About the Role
As a Care Partner, you’ll play a key role within one of our c15‑bed households, acting as a role model and supporting a small team of carers to deliver outstanding, person‑centred care.
We have flexibility for schedules, so we can discuss with you what you're looking for when you apply. We work alternate weekends to support a healthy work‑life balance, and dditional shifts are available if you’d like them—but there’s no obligation.
