Base pay £24.21 per hour

Hours & Contract Full‐time or part‐time with alternate weekends.Contract

Responsibilities

Deliver high‐quality nursing care to residents.

Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments.

Develop and implement personalized care plans.

Lead by example and guide colleagues.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year as a registered nurse.

Experience with older people in a health and social care setting.

Clear understanding of CQC standards and legislation.

Strong leadership, highly clinically skilled and well‐organised.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good IT skills and confidence in computer‐based work.

Ability to inspire, motivate and lead by example.

Flexible approach to rota to meet the needs of the home.
