Fordingbridge Nursing Home, part of the award-winning Allegra Care group, is seeking a dedicated Senior Carer to join our caring and committed team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional person-centred care and leading by example.

About the Role

As a Senior Carer, you will play a key role in supporting residents with their daily needs while supervising and guiding care staff to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained. You will work closely with the nursing and management teams to promote residents' wellbeing, dignity and independence.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience working at Senior Carer level within a residential or nursing home environment
  • Relevant NVQ qualifications in Health & Social Care (Level 2 or above, Level 3 desirable)
  • Medication administration experience and a good understanding of medication procedures
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A caring, professional and reliable approach
  • A genuine passion for supporting older people
