- Design menus and work with residents and managers to tailor food that provides an excellent nutritional balance.
- Prepare meal courses with a hospitality experience that residents can be proud of.
- Support the domestic model of care and make mealtimes a highlight of the day.
- Work within the household model of care to support residents’ independence, dignity and wellbeing.
Qualifications:
- Energetic, qualified chef with experience in special dietary needs.
- Understanding of nutritional balance and hospitality service.
