We are now looking for a creative, compassionate Activities Coordinator to join our team in the heart of the beautiful New Forest—where no two days are ever the same.
About the Role
As an Activities Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our home—bringing energy, creativity, and warmth to each day.
You’ll design and deliver a varied programme of engaging, meaningful activities, tailored to the interests, abilities, and life stories of our residents.
Your role will include:
- Planning and delivering activities that promote wellbeing, independence, and enjoyment
- Encouraging residents to take part and try new experiences
- Supporting hobbies, crafts, and life skills activities
- Organising events and creating a vibrant, social atmosphere
- Building strong relationships with residents and colleagues
- Maintaining accurate activity records and plans

- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Highly organised, adaptable, and a natural multitasker
