Our client, a prestigious industrial conglomerate based in Egypt, is seeking Legal Counsel to join their team. The position, newly created, is located in Cairo and focuses on the operations of the Group’s Holding Company and the Family Office\’s investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Engaging in a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
• Overseeing international investments in diverse industry sectors and philanthropic projects.
• Managing corporate finance and offshore investment structuring.
• Supervising real estate transactions.

Requirements

• Strong background in M&A transactions is crucial.
• Common law qualification is required specifically E&W, Australia or South Africa.
• Willingness to expand the scope of responsibilities.
