Overview
Join a dynamic Contracts and Operations (C&O) team as a Contracts and Operations Executive. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accurate creation and timely processing of commercial contracts, supporting our Commercial Executives, and enhancing our operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the completion of licensing contracts alongside the Commercial Executive and Deal Desk.
- Address queries related to contract processing and creation.
- Provide customers and partners with contract documentation to facilitate large software purchases.
- Validate and track all contracts received from partners.
- Create and update Customer Price Sheets within service level agreements, ensuring a high standard of accuracy.
- Quality assure all documents processed through the Operations desk to the ROC.
- Offer deal-specific support to the Commercial Executive team throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Minimize sales-related operational issues.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in processes.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of corporate experience in a relevant role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (basic functions; advanced skills like v-lookups or pivot tables are not required).
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple email inboxes and tasks under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a commitment to seeing tasks through to completion.
