The main function of a content specialist is to manage workstreams to refine content experiences. The typical content specialist will have excellent editorial judgment, ability to drive processes and organize execution across a variety of projects and products, and have a basic understanding of data analysis. They will also help guide the success of the team through coaching, collaboration, and building relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide content strategy for guidelines that help review content at scale, maintaining commitment to accuracy and consistency
  • Manage day-to-day facilitation of project execution at the workstream level
  • Develop lightweight, repeatable processes, workflows and content templates that keep the team nimble and successful in a culture that values moving fast and iterating quickly
  • Collaborate with our clients' content and product teams to improve user experience
  • Perform analysis and produce reports with compelling, actionable insights for our clients' partners
  • Have the ability to work an extended schedule as required, including Saturdays and Sundays

Skills:

  • Experience with social media platforms, content discovery tools and content strategy
  • Knowledge of project management and leading a team through the cycle of the creative process
  • A proven track record of managing complex workflows with operational expertise
  • Creative self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Ability to interpret, analyze and evaluate given information
