Construction Project Manager (Life Sciences – Sterile Environment)
Location: On-site, Dunstable
Contract Length: 12 months initially
Overview:
We are supporting a confidential client in the life sciences sector with a major renovation project at their Dunstable facility, following significant flood damage. This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the full scope of refurbishment and reinstallation works in a sterile medical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction and renovation activities across the site.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and third-party suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee compliance with sterile facility standards and life sciences regulations.
- Provide regular progress updates and risk assessments to stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with project milestones, budgets, and quality expectations.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
- Proven track record in sterile or cleanroom environments (e.g., medical, pharmaceutical, or biotech).
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working full-time on-site in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
