About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and driven Change Management Specialist to join a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to delivering impactful transformation across multiple industries. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of business areas and work on strategic projects both in the UK and with international teams.
As part of a growing Change Management team, you will play a key role in supporting medium-term strategy initiatives, driving change across business processes, manufacturing, and more. You will be joining a team of 10 professionals, with structured onboarding and mentorship to help you thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the implementation of organizational change initiatives.
- Conduct impact assessments and develop tailored change strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the UK and internationally.
- Influence stakeholders and drive adoption of change programs.
- Deliver consistent and timely execution of change plans.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in Change Management (3β5 years).
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
- Certification in Organizational Change Management.
- Background in HR, strategic communications, or project management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, PowerPoint (design skills a plus), and Power BI (training provided).
