Allegis Global Solutions is recruiting for a contract position, and the assignment will be at Warner Bros. Discovery.
We are part of the Warner Bros. Discovery Technology group and are responsible for the tech needed to run physical operations, globally: Tours Retail Studio Operations. This role sits within the Tours & Retail pillar, which supports our Tours and Retail locations across the UK, US, and Japan.
As a Project Manager for the Tours and Retail portfolio within GO-Tech, you will play an important role in the success of those teams. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of Physical Retail projects, from inception and planning through to design, build and ultimately transition to support. The role requires a range of skills, involving technical understanding, business analysis concepts, workstream management, and stakeholder engagement.
Core responsibilities include:
- Oversee and manage the full project/s lifecycle, while accountable to delivery timelines and budget approvals, while maintaining a RAID log to mitigate risk.
- Manage vendors from early engagement, assisting in contracts (e.g. SOW and MSA), obtaining quotes, through to final implementation and post go live support.
- Develop the end-to-end project plan including clear project stages and milestones, while ensuring project teams are aware of progress, dependencies and risks.
- Responsible for Stakeholder communications and management, partnering with our retail stakeholders, ensuring close collaboration and coordination of interdependent activities.
- Follow project management ‘best practices’ such as daily stand ups, clear project documentation filed correctly, taking meeting minutes and managing follow up action items and next steps.
- Demonstrate expertise on a range of Retail solutions, while understanding business processes and requirements, effectively applying them to appropriate technical solutions.
- Develop cost estimates, capturing underlying assumptions, and track project spend (across workstreams) against the budget.
- Ensure team readiness and manage the execution of integration, cutover, handover to support, and roll-back activities.
- Maintain understanding of changing business needs and the subsequent impact on process or technology.
- Consider change management and implement strategies for users and stakeholders to adapt and adopt new implementations.
- Ensure projects adhere to Compliance, Cyber Security and Data Privacy policies.
Prior experience:
- Proven prior experience to successfully implementing and managing projects with multiple workstreams, within both B2C and B2B environments, as well as implementation of Retail solutions.
- A solid understanding of project management methodologies, processes and tools, as well as business change management.
- Experience in any of the following will be considered advantageous: Physical Retail solutions or Retail POS, PED / Card Present Payments Solutions / PCI, Ticketing, websites, retail & eComm, warehousing, customer service, salesforce, and analytics.
- Working on projects with satellite project resources &/or vendors, across multiple time zones.
- Working within a high-paced customer-facing environment.

- Available to work flexibly between London project delivery site, Warner Bros. Studios London (offices), and remotely (if preferred).
Education & Qualifications:
- PM Diplomas / Certifications -- preferred.
- BA Diplomas / Certifications -- preferred.
