Allegis Global Solution is hiring Retail Assistants for Harry Potter store in Leavesden.
Job role: Retail Assistant
Contract: 6 months
Location: Leavesden
Pay Rate: Β£12.60 per hour (PAYE)
16 hr per week contracts. LATE and WEEKEND WORK ONLY (6:15 -10:15pm ON PEAK/ Off Peak 4:15-8:15pm) Weekends (Morning shift) (Both Saturday and Sunday) OR 2. One weekend (either Saturday or Sunday) + two weekdays (late shift) for weekdays you will have to work 4 hours each weekday. Peak: 6:15 PM β 10:15 PM Off-Peak: 4:15 PM β 8:15 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Act as One Team: Help the Tour exceed visitor expectations by providing outstanding customer service to all visitors; welcoming them into the retail spaces, using expert product knowledge to help them find the right gift and putting items through the till in a happy and engaged manner. Working collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the customer experience.
- Create Whatβs Next: Using initiative and product knowledge to ensure shelves are full and high visual standards are maintained throughout the day. Expand your retail knowledge and provide exceptional storytelling through the creation of bespoke personalised products. Embrace new technology, processes and efficiencies that streamline the customer experience.
- Empower Storytelling: Create stories through high visual merchandising standards, strong interactions with visitors and sharing facts and product knowledge that immerses visitors. Use storytelling to elevate the customer experience, paint a picture of how a product can be used or gifted, turning a transaction into a meaningful interaction.
- Champion Inclusion: Work collaboratively with your colleagues to create a cohesive and effective work environment. Create a welcoming environment for all customers, treating every customer with respect and ensuring everyone feels valued.
