Allegis Global Solutions is recruiting for a contract position at Warner Bros. Discovery - CNN. This is a Video Editor ad-hoc maternity cover role with an average of 2-3 shifts per week for a duration of 6 weeks, starting from early June. The position is fully remote with a pay rate of £190/£210 per day via PAYE.
CNN International is looking for a part-time Video Editor to join our team to help provide maternity cover. In this role, you’ll work with CNN’s content and sales teams to help source, QC, edit and distribute content to our international partners.
Requirements:
- Ability to source, ingest, edit and organize video content
- Edit content to tight deadlines to a high standard
- Liaise with CNN’s internal teams and international partners to provide edited content
- Experience with production workflows, media management, video formats, codecs, aspect ratios, audio configuration and frame rates
- Experienced in editing and video sharing software (Premiere Pro and Vimeo preferred)

- An organised individual
- Ability to self-manage and organise workload around tight deadlines
- Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail
