Allegis Global Solution is hiring Retail Assistants for Harry Potter store in Leavesden.
Contract: 6 months
Location: Leavesden
Pay Rate: Β£12.60 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: 16 hr per week contracts. LATE and WEEKEND WORK ONLY (6:15 -10:15pm ON PEAK/ Off Peak 4:15-8:15pm). Weekends (Morning shift) (Both Saturday and Sunday) OR 2. One weekend (either Saturday or Sunday) + two weekdays (late shift) for weekdays you will have to work 4 hours each weekday.
Peak: 6:15 PM β 10:15 PM
Off-Peak: 4:15 PM β 8:15 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as One Team: Help the Tour exceed visitor expectations by providing outstanding customer service to all visitors; welcoming them into the retail spaces, using expert product knowledge to help them find the right gift and putting items through the till in a happy and engaged manner.
- Working collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the customer experience.
- Create Whatβs Next: Using initiative and product knowledge to ensure shelves are full and high visual standards are maintained throughout the day.
- Expand your retail knowledge and provide exceptional storytelling through the creation of bespoke personalised products.
- Embrace new technology, processes and efficiencies that streamline the customer experience.
- Empower Storytelling: Create stories through high visual merchandising standards, strong interactions with visitors and sharing facts and product knowledge that immerses visitors.
