About the Role
As a University Recruiter supporting Technology hiring for a leading digital payments company in the UK, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring exceptional early career talent. You will partner closely with universities, hiring managers, and candidates to deliver an outstanding recruitment experience while building a strong talent pipeline across technology disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with universities across the UK to position the company as an employer of choice for students and graduates pursuing careers in Software Development, Software Testing, and Data Science.
- Deliver end to end recruitment campaigns to attract, assess, and hire high quality graduate and intern talent, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process from application screening through to offer.
- Support initiatives that enhance the company's employer brand and presence within the university recruitment market across the UK.
- Represent the company at careers fairs, campus events, company presentations, and other university engagement activities.
- Partner directly with hiring managers and teams to understand hiring needs and identify the best entry level talent for their organizations.
This is a hybrid position. Employees are expected to work from the office three designated days per week and spend at least 50 percent of their time onsite, depending on business requirements.
Qualifications
- Passionate about supporting and engaging early career talent within the university recruitment space.
- Proven experience recruiting from universities across the UK.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills with the ability to engage candidates and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple recruitment activities in a fast paced, high volume environment.
- Interest or experience in technology recruitment is preferred.
