We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Learning & Development Manager to support our EMEA L&D function on a contract basis. This role will play a critical part in delivering and scaling learning initiatives across the UK and wider EMEA region, while providing interim coverage for key L&D leadership and facilitation responsibilities.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Senior L&D Partner, the L&D Manager will collaborate closely with HR and business stakeholders to design, deliver, and manage high-impact learning programs. The role requires a strong balance of stakeholder consulting, facilitation expertise, and operational program management to support the organization’s growth agenda.
Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Management & Consulting
- Partner with HR and business leaders to assess capability gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions.
- Lead and deliver key learning initiatives across the UK, including sales capability programs, leadership development, and emerging areas such as AI-focused learning.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring high-quality and efficient delivery of programs.
- Facilitation & Program Design
- Facilitate both in-person and virtual learning sessions across the UK and EMEA regions.
- Support delivery of strategic learning programs spanning leadership, sustainability, AI, and other core capability areas.
- Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of learning programs across various formats, including instructor-led, virtual, and blended solutions.
- Operations & Program Management
- Oversee end-to-end program management for key L&D initiatives within the UK.
- Ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality program delivery aligned with business objectives.
- Provide guidance to onshore and offshore operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on stakeholder consulting, facilitation, and program design.
- Strong expertise in leadership and professional development training.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering impactful learning solutions.
- Highly adaptable, with the ability to tailor approaches to diverse audiences and business needs.
Technical Expertise
- Advanced proficiency in virtual learning platforms and collaboration tools.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content authoring tools.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Learning & Development, or a related discipline preferred.
