About the Role

Allegis Global Solutions is hiring for a Time & Attendance / Workforce Management Specialist to support a global client in Slough. This is a high-impact role focused on system implementation, project delivery, and operational excellence within Time & Attendance and Payroll functions. We’re looking for a hands-on professional who can bridge HR, payroll, and technology, ensuring seamless system implementation and a smooth employee experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and support Time & Attendance system implementations (ADP Workforce Software)
  • Build, execute, and validate test cases (UAT) to ensure system accuracy
  • Partner with HR and Payroll teams on system processes and operational activities
  • Support payroll processing and ensure accurate time data inputs
  • Manage time & attendance operations within Workforce Software (WFS)
  • Create and maintain process documentation
  • Deliver user training and support onboarding of new employees
  • Act as a user advocate, troubleshooting issues and improving user experience
  • Support ongoing system enhancements and project initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in Time & Attendance / Workforce Management systems
  • Proven track record in system implementation and project management (high priority)
  • Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Software (WFS)
  • Solid understanding of payroll processes and downstream impacts
  • Experience in testing (UAT), documentation, and user training
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
