Working Hours:
- Monday β Friday
- First 2β3 weeks: 9:00 AM β 5:00 PM
- Thereafter: Rotational shifts (7:30 AM β 3:30 PM or 9:00 AM β 5:00 PM)

- Early closure at 4:00 PM on Fridays

Role Overview
The Receptionist will provide high-level administrative and front-of-house support, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for visitors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors professionally
- Answer calls and manage switchboard inquiries
- Handle courier deliveries and outgoing packages
- Maintain visitor logs and issue security passes/badges
- Manage meeting room schedules and ensure proper setup
- Perform administrative tasks such as typing, filing, photocopying, and mail preparation
- Provide general office support as needed
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to confidentiality
