This team focuses on delivering fraud detection and prevention solutions that ensure secure, reliable, and seamless payment experiences across global networks. Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for billing solutions, from ideation through delivery and continuous iteration.
- Define and manage the billing product roadmap aligned with business goals, client needs, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to broader BIRS product strategy and commercialization efforts.
- Act as Scrum Product Owner for billing product squads.
- Prioritize features, manage product backlog, and actively participate in agile ceremonies.
- Deliver scalable, accurate, and auditable billing solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Partner closely with Finance, Technology, Operations, Sales, Client Services, Legal, and global teams.
- Gather and synthesize requirements from internal teams, regions, and clients.
- Build strong relationships across stakeholders and maintain clear communication.
- Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements using data insights and client feedback.
- Support resolution of billing disputes and escalations.
- Identify client pain points and translate them into product enhancements.
- Ensure all billing solutions meet regulatory, audit, and internal compliance requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- 9+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree OR 7+ years with an advanced degree (MBA, Master’s, PhD, etc.).
- 5+ years of product management experience in Payments or Revenue operations (preferred).
- Proven track record of delivering successful product strategies in fast-paced, agile environments with tight timelines.
