Temporary Reception Duties

Temporary reception hours: Monday – Friday | 8-4 PM or 9-5 PM | one hour lunch break

  • Welcome & greet external guests on arrival.
  • Direct guests to sign in via Envoy our guest sign in system and assist if required.
  • Ensure our reception area is clean and tidy.
  • Issuing of staff loaner badges/ staff workday ID checks.
  • Monitor reception mailbox and assist, as necessary.
  • Cover reception lunch breaks as and when required.
  • Support with general administration duties as required.
