What You Could Be Doing:
- Supporting the day-to-day operation of a busy warehouse and distribution environment.
- Receiving, processing, and accurately storing incoming stock and deliveries.
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch to stores, customers, and other business locations.
- Ensuring stock is replenished, organized, and maintained in line with company standards.
- Completing relevant documentation and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Carrying out quality checks to help ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to identify and resolve stock, inventory, or operational issues.
- Helping to maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized working environment.
- Operating warehouse equipment and machinery safely, following all relevant procedures and training.
- Conducting routine checks of equipment and reporting any faults or issues promptly.
- Supporting stock movements and transfers between sites when required.
- Contributing to delivering an excellent service experience for both internal and external customers.
Requirements:
- Must have own means of transport, due to the location and limited public transport.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand on their feet for the duration of the shift.
- Must have moderate IT skills as you will be using handheld IT devices.
- Similar warehouse background is preferred but no experience is required.
- Strong work ethic and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
