Allegis Global Solutions is hiring for a contract position with an assignment at a leading digital payments company.

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Contract Duration: 12 months

Experience: 8–10 years of proven experience in Program Management

Tools: Jira, Atlassian suite, Miro/Mural, MS Office

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Programme Manager. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Product Delivery, this role will coordinate and manage strategic, company-wide cross-functional projects and act as a key partner to the Senior Director in running the Product Delivery function.

In addition to programme management responsibilities, the Programme Manager will provide executive-level support to the Senior Director, ensuring smooth governance and operational excellence across the function. This includes managing governance materials, facilitating function-wide meetings, reviewing reporting outputs, and preparing high-quality write-ups and presentations for senior stakeholders.

This role involves significant interaction with other key business teams such as Risk, Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, Operations, Banking, Client Support, Customer Success, and Account Management.

Programme management responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Agile Software Development Teams to help plan, execute, and deliver strategic cross-functional projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
  • Develop integrated plans and schedules to track progress, dependencies, and coordinate work for geographically distributed teams.
  • Drive the execution of deliverables across multiple teams and functions, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues, dependencies and impacts.
  • Facilitate collaboration between various teams including Risk, Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, Operations, Banking, Client Support, Customer Success, and Account Managers.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Facilitate planning and execution of workstreams working in collaboration with workstream leads.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on product launch progress to all stakeholders.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts by providing input into a framework for program management aligned with modern agile, lean and design thinking practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all project activities.
