The Facilities Coordinator supports and coordinates a small team to ensure the workplace is safe, well-maintained, and running smoothly. This role works closely with clients, landlords, vendors, and contractors to make sure all facilities-related tasks are completed on time and to standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support a small team of multi-skilled staff
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, landlords, and vendors
  • Support and monitor contractors to ensure quality work
  • Help source and manage vendors and services
  • Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and other finance related tasks
  • Support monthly reporting and tracking of expenses
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety checks
  • Ensure buildings are clean, safe, and in good working condition
  • Support risk management, emergency response, and business continuity plans
  • Follow incident reporting and escalation procedures
  • Help prepare management reports and support projects as needed
