About the Role
A leading digital company is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join the Banking & Issuing Risk Solutions (BIRS) team. This team focuses on delivering fraud detection and prevention solutions that ensure secure, reliable, and seamless payment experiences across global networks.
Accurate, transparent, and efficient billing is central to building trust with clients, enabling scalable growth, and ensuring the commercial sustainability of solutions across the ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable billing platforms and client-facing billing experiences that directly impact revenue operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of billing products, working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for billing solutions, from ideation through delivery and continuous iteration
- Define and manage the billing product roadmap aligned with business goals, client needs, and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to broader BIRS product strategy and commercialization efforts
Execution & Delivery
- Act as Scrum Product Owner for billing product squads
- Prioritize features, manage product backlog, and actively participate in agile ceremonies
- Deliver scalable, accurate, and auditable billing solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner closely with Finance, Technology, Operations, Sales, Client Services, Legal, and global teams
- Gather and synthesize requirements from internal teams, regions, and clients
- Build strong relationships across stakeholders and maintain clear communication
Product Development & Optimization
- Invoice accuracy
- Fee transparency
- Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements using data insights and client feedback
- Develop business cases, financial analyses, and funding requirements in early product stages
Client & Compliance Focus
- Support resolution of billing disputes and escalations
- Identify client pain points and translate them into product enhancements
- Ensure all billing solutions meet regulatory, audit, and internal compliance requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- 9+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree
- OR 7+ years with an advanced degree (MBA, Master’s, , PhD, etc.)
- 5+ years of product management experience in:
- Payments
- Revenue operations (preferred)
- Proven track record of delivering successful product strategies in fast-paced, agile environments with tight timelines
