We are seeking an experienced Programme Executive to join our Managed Service Provider (MSP) team in London for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role involves overseeing the delivery of complex, multi‑regional programmes, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of global programmes within the MSP environment, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and client requirements.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams across multiple regions to ensure effective programme delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Establish and maintain robust programme governance frameworks, monitor performance against KPIs, timelines, and budgets, and provide regular updates to senior leadership and clients.
- Identify, assess, and manage programme risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and contingency plans as required.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive programme documentation, including business cases, schedules, resource plans, and status reports.
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with third‑party service providers to support programme delivery.
- Conduct regular appraisals of programme team performance and provide coaching to support professional development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing large‑scale, multi‑regional programmes within an MSP or similar environment.

Benefits & Work Arrangement
This role is offered as a 12‑month fixed‑term contract and requires an ASAP starter. The role requires on‑site presence in central London 2–3 times per week. The company operates a hybrid working policy; those within commuting distance of an AGS office can work from that location, with flexibility to work from home as needed.
