This role supports pricing and billing activities that have a direct impact on revenue. The primary focus is to ensure billing accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. You will collaborate closely with Sales Operations, IT (CIT), Data teams, and business stakeholders to resolve billing issues, manage debt collection, and enhance processes using data-driven insights and AI-enabled solutions.
- Manage and reduce delinquent debt by improving and optimizing debt collection processes.
- Leverage AI and automation to enhance billing and operational efficiency.
- Support monthly billing cycles through thorough reviews, validations, and issue resolution.
- Investigate, identify, and resolve billing system and upstream data issues.
- Review system configurations and changes, ensuring proper governance and audit documentation.
- Partner with Sales Operations, Data, IT, and clients to resolve billing and transaction-related issues.
- Support the Revenue Operations team with analytical insights and ad hoc projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in billing, finance, or revenue operations preferred.
- Strong analytical and systems skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
- Hands-on expertise in credit control and collections with a focus on timely debt recovery.
