About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support governance, compliance, and transformation initiatives within a fast-paced business environment. This role combines strategic HR partnering with project-based responsibilities, focusing on process improvement, risk identification, and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and audit HR compliance, governance, and vetting processes.
- Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Recommend and implement practical solutions to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Partner with HR teams and business leaders to support key initiatives.
- Lead or support transformation, change, and governance projects.
- Provide HR Business Partner support across business-as-usual activities and project workstreams.
