You will collaborate closely with Sales Operations, IT (CIT), Data teams, and business stakeholders to resolve billing issues, manage debt collection, and enhance processes using data-driven insights and AI-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and reduce delinquent debt by improving and optimizing debt collection processes
- Leverage AI and automation to enhance billing and operational efficiency
- Support monthly billing cycles through thorough reviews, validations, and issue resolution
- Investigate, identify, and resolve billing system and upstream data issues
- Review system configurations and changes, ensuring proper governance and audit documentation
- Partner with Sales Operations, Data, IT, and clients to resolve billing and transaction-related issues
- Identify process gaps, challenge existing workflows, and design improved, scalable processes
- Support the Revenue Operations team with analytical insights and ad hoc projects
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in billing, finance, or revenue operations preferred
- Strong analytical and systems skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on expertise in credit control and collections with a focus on timely debt recovery
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to achieve measurable AR and process improvements
- Experience in large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders
