Allegis Group is hiring on behalf of a global digital infrastructure organization that operates at the core of the world’s data-driven economy. This organization enables secure, high-performance connectivity and supports the platforms, cloud providers, and enterprises shaping the future of technology.
We are seeking an experienced PR Manager to join the Corporate Communications function on a maternity cover contract. This role will lead public relations strategy and execution across multiple European markets, shaping how the organization is perceived by media, analysts, customers, and other key stakeholders.
As PR Manager, you will own and deliver a high-impact external communications programme across Germany, the Netherlands, Nordics, Poland, and Switzerland, working closely with regional leadership, global communications teams, and external PR agencies. You will be a hands-on, senior communications professional who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed, international environment and advising senior executives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, execute, and measure PR strategies aligned to business objectives across multiple European markets
- Manage day-to-day PR activity, ensuring consistent messaging and strong media presence
- Partner with global and regional communications teams to align local execution with corporate strategy
- Lead and coordinate country PR agencies, ensuring delivery against agreed goals and KPIs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business, technology, and trade media
- Prepare executives for media interviews and public appearances, including briefing, coaching, and debriefing
- Draft and edit press releases, messaging frameworks, statements, and media materials
- Collaborate closely with analyst relations, social media, executive communications, and internal communications teams
- Support crisis communications and issues management in assigned markets.
- 7+ years’ experience in public relations or corporate communications
- Proven background in B2B technology, digital infrastructure, cloud, telecom, or enterprise technology environments
- Strong media relations experience with demonstrable coverage outcomes
- Experience managing multiple PR agencies across different countries
- Confidence advising and preparing senior executives for media engagement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable working in a complex, matrixed organization
- Previous PR agency experience
- Exposure to EMEA or pan-European communications roles
- Crisis communications and issues management experience
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline.
