Role Overview
The role will report to the UK HR Country Head / HRBL and provides an outstanding opportunity for a talented individual to play a pivotal role in working alongside HR partners & business leaders to deliver business priority projects.
The role will have flexible business alignment, dependent on peaks in project work.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnering with the Central Project Team to successfully deliver project work.
- Build strong relationships with HR partners and business leaders to understand their goals and challenges and provide tailored HR solutions to support business projects.
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to leaders, offering insights and guidance on best practice and project change management strategies.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure processes comply with company policies, processes and local employment laws ensuring continuity of licence to operate whilst still achieving the business goal.
- Develop pragmatic solutions to complex, escalated HR queries.
- Utilize digital, data, and analytics tools to gain insights, inform people strategy execution, and drive leadership and organisational effectiveness.
- Monitor and report on project progress to ensure key milestones are achieved and risks are mitigated.
Requirements
- Strong experience of planning & project management.
- Thorough understanding of employment legislation and HR governance frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leaders globally in a complex, matrixed organisation.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive situations diplomatically.
- Strong project management skills with experience in delivering change projects against timelines to achieve required business outcomes.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data, provide meaningful insights and recommend actions.
- Resilient, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
