Allegis Global Solutions is recruiting for a contract position and the assignment will be at Warner Bros. Discovery. ASAP Start Date. Hybrid – 3 days per week in West London based office. Inside IR35.
Overview
This is a key role in a busy operational team supporting the data analysis and fulfilment for launches and day-to-day support of streaming platforms in multiple regions for both long‑form and ancillary content. The rapid processing of high volumes of time‑sensitive information allows content to be distributed to platforms and services, and correct certification entry is there to prevent regulatory breaches and sanctions, so there is a high level of dependency on meticulous attention to detail. This role requires an awareness of different local market regulatory parameters and a range of certifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing high volumes of version‑related information in long‑form and ancillary (short/mid‑form) content.
- Understand and apply appropriate certifications in multiple regulators precisely and enter this and other data into the correct systems.
- Run reports to allow prioritising of content, ensuring those reports are up‑to‑date and capturing necessary information.
- Run additional reports to provide tracking and metrics.
- Collaborate with other teams to investigate where certification information is reported as missing and prioritise certification identification and entry as appropriate.
- Collaborate with local teams to improve workflows and tracking as new services launch, becoming embedded in business‑as‑usual and implementing best‑practice.
- Understand compliance and content‑related terminology, enabling accurate data entry and the ability to spot, understand and troubleshoot anomalies.
- Handle additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Outstanding attention to detail and precision.

- Ability to quickly grasp new systems and processes and become rapidly expert.
- Familiarity with data management and metrics.
- Understanding of a range of regulatory certifications and their relevance.
