Job Purpose

  • Lead and manage enterprise‐level capability‐building initiatives aligned to business and organizational strategy.
  • Translate business priorities into scalable learning and performance programs.
  • Embed capabilities into everyday ways of working to drive sustainable performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and govern capability programs end‐to‐end across global, regional, and local teams.
  • Partner with senior capability leaders to identify gaps and define program priorities.
  • Ensure consistent, high‐quality delivery of capability initiatives across regions.
  • Manage cross‐functional stakeholders and influence decision‐making without formal authority.
  • Contribute functional input into company‐wide transformation and leadership programs.
  • Oversee external vendors and partners to ensure quality, cost effectiveness, and adherence to standards.
  • Manage program budgets, timelines, and risks in partnership with senior leaders.
  • Lead development and maintenance of internal capability platforms and learning resources.
  • Measure program impact and drive continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain networks of subject matter experts to support program design and localization.
  • Monitor business, industry, and external trends to anticipate future capability needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in program management, operations, or capability management.
  • Strong governance, compliance, and risk‐management mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across regions and time zones.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem‐solving, and execution capabilities.
  • Experience supporting organizational change or transformation initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Experience leading capability, learning, or organizational effectiveness programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across cultures and seniority levels.
  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms and enterprise capability frameworks.
