Role Overview
GSK are looking for an experienced Business Process Owner to lead and manage the end‑to‑end Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) process within SAP S/4HANA. This role involves owning process design, governance, and continuous improvement while working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) process design and governance.
- Ensure standardised, scalable and compliant process execution across procurement.
- Define and approve business requirements, workflows and system changes in SAP S/4HANA.
- Ensure data quality, consistency and standardisation of procurement master data.
- Manage Business Partner and vendor master data processes.
- Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
- Validate system processes, roles, authorisations and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with Segregation of Duties (SoD) and security controls.
- Work closely with finance, security and internal audit teams on compliance.
- Define and track KPIs for procurement process performance.
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support automation and simplification across S2P processes.
- Act as the main point of contact between business, IT and implementation teams.
- Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, risks and issues.
- Ensure alignment across global teams and functions.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Procurement / Source‑to‑Pay process ownership.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA Procurement (P2P/S2P).
- Good understanding of requisition‑to‑pay lifecycle.
- Experience managing UAT and business testing.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) and controls.
- Experience in process improvement and KPI‑driven performance management.
- Ability to work across business, IT and external partners.
- Degree in Business, IT, Finance or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with OpenText VIM.
- Exposure to pharma or regulated environments.
- Experience working with global delivery teams.
