Please note that this position is part of a planned future expansion, with an anticipated start date at the end of March 2026.

The Lead Recruitment Programme Specialist will be responsible for the overall leadership and daily management of the off-site operations team, covering the full contingent worker life cycle as well as service improvement projects. The role includes providing leadership and direction to ensure that the team is performing to meet or exceed the service level agreements (SLAs) established with the client. The role will include requisition management of roles within the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Has supervisory responsibility for Operations team, including ensuring the team is performing and accomplishing the defined objectives and goals, meeting or exceeding established SLAs, and provide direction and coaching where necessary.
  • Client stakeholder relationship management (Site managers, procurement, HR, Talent Acquisition).
  • Assure account processes and procedures adherence, as well as full adoption of AGS Way best practices.
  • Assess areas of opportunity for process improvement and work with the Programme Executive to implement change where needed.
  • Lead projects defined by Programme Executive to ensure timely completion and effective results.
  • Track results and work with the AGS Business Analytics team to provide meaningful reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Ensure the team is managing information and data in a compliant fashion.
  • Ensure teams’ compliance with all hiring protocols and local employment laws, including data integrity and maintenance in the client’s systems.
  • Resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Acts as escalation point for day to day issues, driving a prompt resolution.
  • Responsible for Supplier relationships.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in English and in French.
  • Experience in interim high-volume recruitment for France.
  • Thorough understanding of the Workforce Management process, financial implications and benefits.
  • Previous contingent recruitment experience essential, preferably with a blue-collar background.
  • Experience managing high-level customer, VMS and other vendor relationships.
  • Previous experience leading teams (coaching, mentoring, setting goals and providing feedback).
  • Experience working as part of global programme.
  • Strong knowledge of Office technology (Windows and Google suites beneficial).
  • Experience working with a highly complex client, across multiple countries.
  • Project management and delivery.
  • Experience managing through change initiatives.
  • Able to present conceptual information to all levels of internal and external management.
