General Summary:
Working within Post Production Services, this role is responsible for edit bookings across long-form and short-form workflows for edit facilities in London and Amsterdam. A confident and clear-minded approach is essential for communicating with Producers, Editors and Content Operations in order to process hundreds of requests each week. The Post Production Bookings Coordinator will be part of a small team working with high volumes against extremely tight turnarounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking edits across longform and shortform using Xytech
- Communicating status of edits to Producers
- Ensuring all internal suites are used efficiently
- Booking audio suites and liaising with Producers and Dubbing Mixers
- Accurate tracking of bookings information for data reporting
Requirements:
- Background in Post Production and/or Broadcast Operations
- Attention to detail is essential
- Ability to prioritize in a time pressured environment
- Ability to adapt to different demands across varied workflows
- Confident manner with excellent problem-solving ability
- Experience using Xytech/Media Pulse is preferred
- Experience using Monday.com would be useful
