We’re currently hiring on behalf of a global professional services organization specializing in real estate, workplace management, and investment solutions. The company partners with leading businesses to create efficient, high-performing, and sustainable workplace environments, delivering high-quality facilities and operational support across its sites.
Location: Lower Castle Street Bristol (Onsite)
Contract: 2 months (potential extension/permanent)
Rate: Up to £14.90/hour
Working Hours: Monday–Friday (8/8:30-4:30/5pm | flexible start/end times)
About the Role
We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a corporate office environment in Bristol. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the go-to person onsite, ensuring the workplace runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You’ll work closely with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to maintain a high standard of service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage day-to-day facilities operations across the site
- Coordinate and monitor vendors and contractors
- Support front-of-house activities, including reception and postal tasks
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety checks
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and building procedures
- Handle incident reporting and escalation processes
- Assist with vendor sourcing and procurement
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners
- Support business continuity and risk management initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 1 + years of experience in facilities coordination, office administration, or workplace support
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exposure to vendor or contractor management
- Experience with health & safety processes or audits
- Background in corporate office or facilities management environments
