Ancillary International P&C Systems PM
Overview:
International P&C Systems PM that reports directly into a central program manager, while working primarily with the head of Intl. P&C systems & various P&C international stakeholders to duplicate/clone the existing instance of several dozen international P&C systems for the new WB company by mid-2026.
Requirements:
- Must be detail oriented and demonstrate an adept ability to follow through from detailed activity/milestone/deliverable planning to timely execution
- Able to work independently with other P&C international stakeholders and project team members to build a detailed project plan plan and ensure it stays on track
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Able to deal with difficult stakeholders by cutting through complexity and focusing on accomplishing the objectives set
- Excellent prioritization skills
- Able to juggle multiple moving projects and system timelines at once.
- Excellent project management skills
- Experience working on technical projects
- Must be willing to get directly involved by helping the rest of the project team complete technical activities and deliverables
Nice to Haves:
-Experience working on HR technology projects (not required)
- Experience with divestitures / splits and/or system retirements
