Position Summary: The HR Business Partner provides support to the organisation to enable integration, development, engagement and support for newly acquired businesses into Allegion H&W Business Unit. This position cares about any dynamic concerning UK full organisation in the UK in consistence with HR H&W priorities and processes. In addition, HRBP is responsible for full-life cycle talent attraction, talent development and engagement, payroll, reporting, training plan and HR metrics for all UK entities. Finally, will collaborate within H&W HR community to harmonize current contracts and benefits to the Allegion comp&ben policies.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Works with team to enhance the integration of UAP and Brisant within Allegion HR Community.
  • Support during the integration phase for anything regarding HR matters: contracts, admin tasks and documentation, comp&ben harmonization, etc.
  • Provide HR expertise, partnering with Dorcas Leader, 1st level managers and Frontline leaders, helping them performing operational needs and KPIs.
  • For UK locations, first point of contact for HR admin tasks and payroll.
  • Provide HR support to employees (white and blue collars) for employment issues and questions, making sure labor law, local collective agreements, regulations and policies are respected.
  • Prevent conflicts and manage disciplinary actions when needed always using tact, discretion and empathy.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support client groups (Workday, Strengths Finder, and engagement). This includes data integrity.
  • Provide support for Talent Management processes (Succession Planning, Growth Roadmaps, etc.).
  • Provide Talent Acquisition and onboarding support for all hires.
  • Support talent programs such as internships, co-ops, and other early career talent programs.
  • Interact with public offices and institution at local level.
  • Additional projects to support client groups as appropriate.
