The OEM Business Development Manager is responsible for driving profitable sales growth and building strong relationships with OEM customers. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and working closely with internal teams to meet sales targets, contributing to the company's overall success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the OEM door manufacturer sector.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers and projects.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing OEM customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for OEM customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Assist customers with technical inquiries and coordinate with the technical support team for complex issues.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to OEM customers.
  • Negotiate terms and commercial agreements to secure long‑term business.
  • Provide feedback to product marketing/sourcing teams based on customer insights and market trends.
  • Work with marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns tailored to OEM customers.
  • Collaborate with operations colleagues on SIOP, forecasting and inventory management.
  • Monitor sales and margin performance against targets and KPIs, reporting progress to management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and sales agreements in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
  • Industry Specific Qualifications: DipGAI (or working towards) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development.
