I am working with one of the UK's best IT Solutions providers leading their search for an IT Support Engineer who can assist with supporting their customers within the education sector both remotely as well as on site. The MSP that you will be working for is an incredible outfit with superb training plans and facilities, and has a very good bunch of Engineers who are tight-knit, so you will get truly looked after here.
Within this role you will be working as part of a Service Desk team taking tickets supporting different schools in the North West, as well as occasionally supporting these in person.
